About: Prolific Wone
I was born and raised on the Lower East Side of New York City, surrounded by the vibrant culture and arts scene that the city is renowned for. Growing up, I was exposed to a myriad of artistic expressions, from the graffiti and street art that adorned the neighborhood's walls to the music that pulsated through the streets.
My passion for the arts led me to pursue a career in music, and I found myself performing in various venues and clubs throughout the city. It was during this time that I co-founded End of the Weak, NYC's longest-running weekly open mic, where I honed my skills as an emcee and developed a deep appreciation for the art of live performance.
In addition to my music career, I also founded Shooters Street Art, a platform and community dedicated to showcasing the talent and creativity of street artists and street art photographers from around the world. Through this venture, I had the opportunity to curate and produce in various productions and events, further fueling my passion for the arts.
Now, as the founder and host of Kitchen Sink, a live art variety show featuring a diverse range of talent from across the creative spectrum, I am proud to continue my lifelong pursuit of showcasing the best and brightest of the arts. I am also currently working on solo albums and collaborating with Big Zoo on our group "Gods of the Basement".
Through all of my endeavors, my commitment to promoting and celebrating the arts has remained steadfast, and I look forward to continuing to inspire and uplift audiences for years to come.
